Chairperson Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Senator Rubina Khalid, met today with Chairperson National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ms. Gulmina Bilal Ahmad, and Country Director WELT HUNGER HILFE (WHH), Ms. Aisha Jamshed, at the BISP Headquarters. The meeting aimed to explore measures for providing skill training, international standard certifications, and overseas job opportunities to deserving BISP women and their family members under the Benazir Hunarmand Program.
