Bomb Blast Victim Data Collection/Verification Mechanism

BISP, Provincial Set Up will collect/Verify the Data of Bomb Blast Victims, While doing so, the concerned, “Field Supervisor “of BISP will personally conduct survey ,with close coordination with Provincial concerned departments like, Home and Police and even Local Community to be involved in the whole process to make it more effective and transparent.

In case of FATA where it may not be possible for Field Supervisor to conduct survey physically about the victims due to law and order situation and so Director concerned will coordinate with Political Agent concerned/FATA Secretariat(Peshawar) for obtaining/collecting data.

After receiving the Form, duly filled by the applicant, the concerned Field Supervisor of BISP will attest the Form and will be counter signed by Divisional Director concerned, BISP.

Divisional Director concerned will send the ER-Forms (Bomb Blasts) to Director (Ops-II), Headquarter, Islamabad for further processing the Forms under the approval of Director General (Operations), Islamabad.
